Meteor Notes - App Review

If the basic 'Notes' App that comes bundled with iOS ticks all the boxes for you then, this App is just for everybody else. On the other hand, if you are looking at organising your notes, as well as many other features then , take a look at Meteor Notes.

Now for the ACIDS test:

Aesthetics
The first, very obvious, difference with plain vanilla Notes is that you have folders, so your notes can be organised. All you need do is create a folder and choose where you want it in your folder hierarchy.

When you create a note (just by using the +) you at the same time choose which folder it should be stored in.

You can also easily create folders for photos.

Folders and files can be moved by pressing and holding, selecting Move and then pressing and holding the destination and choosing between Insert Before/Insert After/Cancel Move.

It is also straightforward to manage bulleted lists. Just type a bullet, hyphen or asterisk to start a list and the App will use that as the template.

To find a note simply use the magnifying glass icon and enter what you are looking for.

Cost
The App Costs $3.

Indispensability
A note taking App is absolutely essential; if you are looking for a little bit more then, this App is well worth a second look.

Dependability
The App worked as expected.

Security
You can easily backup and import your notes from Dropbox, as well as broadcasting over HTTP.

The App needs access to your photos if you intent using these in your notes hierarchy.
